Haunted Hearts is the third and final book in the Broken Vows series by Salem Cross.

Synopsis
As it turns out, Ghosts aren't the only things that go bump in the night. Malicious warlocks do too.
Fulton thought he won. As it turns out, the game has just begun. He’s on the run and causing havoc in his wake.
Now that I’m home, it’s time to take over the family business.
My first job: stop the warlock from throwing both realms, the Living and the Dead, into irreparable chaos. Easier said than done. But I have every intention of trying and I won’t let anything stop me. Not the jealousy between my men or the new unhinged power I’ve unlocked.
Watch out Fulton, here I come.

Review
Haunted Hearts was an epic conclusion to the Broken Vows series!
Willow continued to be the badass that she is. Definitely one of my favorite FMC.
"Fulton is dangerous and evil. It's smart to fear him. If you didn't, I'd be worried… But you know what I have, that he doesn't?"
"A smile that makes others swoon? A banging body? A heart that could crush someone with all the love you hold in there? Laughter that makes angels jealous?" "I was going to say people who love me."
I was so excited to get more of her reaper, Brock, who I absolutely loved. It was fun to watch the rest of the guys deal with a new mate. Of course, I'm still obsessed with Kwil, Viktor and Theo and don't even get me started on Jonah. He is fucking adorable and had been Willow's ride or die since the beginning.
"...I have my powers, Brock has his knowledge of both realms, and the other three have experience with fighting. But you, Jonah? You're the powerhouse of the six of us. You're the one that, when we're feeling down and out, lift us up with your charisma and tenaciousness. Jonah, you're the constant reminder that while everything around us sucks, there is still good to fight for."
I'm sad this series is over, but it was one of my paranormal reverse harem stories this year.
Notable Highlights
He's the rock in my raging storm and I cling to him with all that I have.
"Willow Harvest, I love you more than life, both my first and second. I should have told you a hundred, maybe even a thousand times before now that I love you and will forever love."
"Our souls need each other. I believe that even if you hadn't saved us by tethering our souls together, this is what our souls would look like without you in our lives."
"Let the best monster breed."
"What have we gotten ourselves into?"
Behind me, Jonah snickers before whispering, "More like 'who' have we gotten ourselves into."
I echo Theodon's sigh of exasperation. Of course, Jonah is going to make a sex joke in front of her father.
My King, I have loved you from the moment you pulled off your hood and I saw your face. That first morning I cooked you breakfast, I wanted to make sure my king was sated because I couldn't bear the thought of you facing the world and shouldering all those problems on an empty stomach."
"If you're crazy, then I'm crazy because I've loved you every day since I laid eyes on you… And I'll love you every day from here on out. Until my final breath."
"I don't think I've ever heard Viktor laugh that hard, ever."… "Of course, when he does, it's at our own expense."
Trying to make Willow listen or do anything will be like herding feral kittens.
If any one of us, including myself, had to go toe-to-toe with this asshole, there's no question that we'd die. He has experience, no morals, and nothing to lose. That's a dangerous combination. Together we all bring something to the table that will help us beat Fulton. I have my powers, Brock has his knowledge of both realms, and the other three have experience with fighting. But you, Jonah? You're the powerhouse of the six of us. You're the one that, when we're feeling down and out, lift us up with your charisma and tenaciousness. Jonah, you're the constant reminder that while everything around is sucks, there is still good to fight for."
"You don't have to be good with a sword, or scythe, to be a badass. You have overcome a rough life, a horrible curse, and dying. Who else can say that? Be the rock that I can lean on or the sunshine that cuts through all the darkness that seems to be surrounding me all the time. I don't need anymore warriors."
